Shipping

Sample lead time is 7 working days door to door starting from the day the V-stitcher file / 3D file is approved. To know the status of your sample, log in to “My Account”, click on “View All Sample Orders” and check the relevant columns (shipping date, tracking number).

For production order, there are 2 shipping options:

• Standard lead time: 6-8 weeks
• Air freight: 3-4 weeks (extra cost)
  

The lead time is calculated from the next Monday following the order. To know the status of your order, log in to “My Account”, click on “View All Production Orders” and check the relevant columns (shipping date, tracking number).
