Your brand is important to you and it is just as important to us to present your brand in the best possible presentation. The quality of the artwork created for production directly affects the final look of the product. In order for us to produce your logo/brand in its best presentation we require you to follow the below guidelines.
- Our standard garment includes 2 logos (1 front/small and 1 back/large). Both logos should be of the same design & colours. Adding logos (small, large) and/or designs is available at extra cost. You can vizualise logo placement options directly on the design interface by clicking on "logo grid".
- Decide if the logo is embroidery or print (there should be no mixing of print and embroidery on garment).
- Regarding logo sizes:
- We offer 2 sizes for logos: small and large. For front/small logo, please check that the logo area is no larger than 56cm² and 340cm² for back/large logo. Front/small logo must never be longer than 10 cm; back/large logo must never be higher than 15 cm.
- Check to see whether there are any corporate rules to be adhered to, for example how much space must be left around the logo etc. This can affect the size and placement.
- With your distributor's approval Brandvis™ can adjust the sizes to what we think will look best.
- Regarding logo colours:
- For Print: Get a pantone number for each colour.
- For Embroidery: Choose a thread colour from the Brandvis™ threadbook as close to the company pantone as possible. Another alternative is to pick the logo colours from Brandvis™ fabric colours (contact your local distributor to get a fabric swatch card).
- Ensure that logo colour is not the same as the panel it is put on.
- We are happy to make the following changes at no cost: change the logo colour into black, make background transparent.
- If the logo needs to be changed, The Distributor can contact an independent graphic designer recommended by Brandvis™.
- Uploading the logo:
- Acceptable files include GIF / PSD / JPG / EPS / BMP / TIF as long as these files are provided at the full size of the intended reproduction at high resolution. Please note that MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT OR PAINT PROGRAM FILES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE DIGITAL FILES AND CANNOT BE USED. To be considered “Ready for production” and avoid all pre-production charges, all files must meet the requirements listed above and be fully spot-colour separated!
- Logo file resolution must be at least 300 dpi
