Brandvis Manufacturing

Brandvis offers a manufacturing service as part of the Brandvis Mass Customization Solution. We follow a strict code of conduct in the operation of our factory and those of out manufacturing partners.The Brandvis manufacturing facility is based in Suzhou, China (1 hour from Shanghai). The facility is 2700 sq. mtrs in size and employs 85 people across the production, sampling, quality and logistics departments. The facility specialises in producing customised, technical and non-technical workwear on behalf of some of the world’s leading workwear brands.

Production:

• The production department operates with a level of flexibility that enables production of garments ranging from batches as small as 50 units up to batches of 10,000 units plus;
• The production department is equipped with modern machinery and equipment;
• The capacity of the facility is 250,000 units per annum.

Quality:

• The manufacturing facility has built a reputation for producing high quality garments in short lead times. This is facilitated through close relationships with approved component and fabric suppliers and logistics providers;
• The company has a policy of using global branded components where possible to ensure consistency of quality;
• The company is in the process of obtaining ISO and WRAP certification.

Sampling:

• The sampling department produces template garments for the software solution:
  • This involves component gathering and defining;
  • Gathering garment customisation details:
    • Garment design changes;
    • Grading and sizing the garments;
    • Certification issues if required.
• The sampling department produces and delivers samples back to the end user within 7 days of order.
