Alan Kelly – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Responsible for developing and implementing company strategy, all sales activities and the day to day operations of the company, including all supporting functions (Legal, HR, Administration); Also responsible for Investor Relations
  • 12+ years operational and commercial experience running logistics, distribution and telecommunications companies with turnover between EUR 20M to EUR 200M
  • Previously Director of Corporate Finance, MKO Partners, Chartered Accountants
  • Before that Alan was Director of 20:20 Mobile Group (Ireland’s largest mobile phone distributor) and he was General Manager of KWE Ireland (International Logistics Company with headquarters in Tokyo). Alan is also a Qualified Chartered Accountant (trained in Deloitte) with significant international business and commercial experience

Ray Leung – Head of Product Development

  • Leading the Product Development Team in Suzhou (China). Responsible for all software development activities from architecture designs to implementation of industrial strength products according to customers’ requirement
  • Has 16 years experience in the software industry and has played various technical and managerial roles. Experienced in various domains including Manufactory, Financial Services (front and back office) as well as Telecommunication
  • Previously Professional Services Manager, Asia (Progress), and Technical Manager/Consulting Architect (IONA) with full P&L responsible for the consulting business in Asia and the technical team in Greater China.
  • Before that, Raymond held various technical roles as Principle Consultant and Senior Software Engineers. He Holds a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Simon Fraser University in Canada

John McHugh Jnr (Founder) – Head of Business Development

  • Founded Brandvis in 2005.  Is responsible for all business development activities world-wide. Based in Dublin.
  • Worked in the software sector for 10 years in two companies specializing in internet systems and supply chain management systems
  • Involved in two start-ups, one internet company setup in 1994 which successfully sold in 1998, and one outsourced services company setup in 1998 which introduced him to China and the opportunities it provided
